Cannot say enough good things about the service. While no one ever likes to need their services, the professionalism, prompt response and courteous service made a bad situation more bearable.

BEWARE! All Star decided to use rocks from the side of the road to load our truck onto their flatbed despite assuring AAA that they could handle the tow. The rocks gave way and our truck was dumped back onto the ground, cracking our grey water tank valve which at the time was obvious and leaked all over the roadway immediately after. At the deposit site, the driver was belligerent and repeatedly asked us where we wanted to put the vehicle where we asked to on the street behind our mechanic. When I told him I wasn't sure how else to say 'put it here' he said 'If you want to have attitude, then I will take this back to the lot and impound it.' We were about to call 911 when they finally acquiesced. Now they are refusing to pay for the damage to the truck and we have to get our insurance to go after them. Horrible service, unsafe practices and belligerent staff. The owner is unreasonable and aggressive. I doubt they will be in business for long. AAA no longer has them as a contracted tow service.

Its awesome and i will always continue to use them.
