Joyce Hair Braiding

I am usually not the kind to write reviews but I felt I need to write one this time for Ms Joyce. This is my second time going to her and my experience has been nothing but exceptional. She is prompt and swift. Her work is undeniable amazing and I have nothing but praise for her. I will definitely recommend her.

Joyce is amazing! Her work speaks for itself and on top of that her personality is amazing!! I will def be a loyal customer from here on out!

This is my 3rd time coming to Ms. Joyce and every time I go I leave satisfied. I took my daughter to get box braids about a month ago and they were flawless. I always get the Senegalese twists. They are always so neat and she is always so quick (no breaks).I may suggest to her to put glue on the ends though because sometimes a few start to unravel. You will be satisfied.

(Late post) My first time going to Joyce, she was nice,and I love my senglese twist will diffinately go back with my daughter. Was worth the drive. Thank you Joyce.

Thus was my 1st time getting my hair done by Joyce and I'm loving my Senegalese Twist. Joyce puts her all into doing hair. She cares very much about how her clients are feeling during the time that Joyce is providing great service. Joyce is a very nice & caring person. I believe that I have found a great stylist. I highly recommend Joyce! Not only is she a sweet heart, but she was able to get me in at the last minute. I got box braids and it took her close to 4hrs to finish. the braids were done neatly and she did not braid too tight neither. Matter of fact she always made sure that I was comfortable. Her pricing is very resonable and she supplies the hair. I give her 5stars

This is my 3rd time seeing Ms. Joyce for my single lease twist & I love them! Every time I have gone I have been in & out - 5.5 hrs max. Other places take 7-8hrs & charge more ($200-$250). Ms Joyce only charges $180 for single lease twist. She is fantastic :)

I went to Joyce on 2/19/2015. I arrived at 8am and I was out by noon!! This is the best,most efficient I have ever received. I got box braids and i have very thick hair,and my hair was nice and neat. I loved it. I will definitely be back again!!!

Joyce didn't take a long time & still made sure I got the exact hairstyle that I wanted, my sengalese twists took a maximum of 4 hours.. not long at all compared to others. very nice & welcoming. also all about business.

I have been to Joyce twice and her attention to detail is fantastic!!! She is extremely nice and caring. My old hair braider moved out of state and only came back to Chicago once in a while. A friend referred me to Joyce and I'm happier with her than the woman who had been doing my hair for the last 15 years! Joyce is great!!! Neat home...pleasant family and warm spirit!

Joyce is a great hairstylist. I got exactly what I expected, she did a wonderful job on my Sengalese twists .. They are long and neat. If I need twists again I will go to her again

This was my second time getting box braids with Miss Joyce and she did a wonderful job. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and that I liked my hair. She takes great care of her customers and does great hair.

Beautiful is how I descibe my hair but most importantly is how I describe Joyce. I got braids for the very first time today and I must say I love them. I was a little reluctant and not sure how it would come out but Joyce assured me not to worry and that she would take care of me which she did. Thank you for making this a pleasurable experience.

So I decided to go natural less than a year ago and now that my hair is getting longer I needed a protective style that would last me through the winter. I googled a few places that did hair braiding and I came upon joyce. I was blown away by all the reviews that she has received and I decided to give her a try. I called and she was able to get me in right away. Joyce was very sweet and made me feel super comfortable. Joyce and her sister got me in and out in 4 hrs. Amazing! Whenever I need braids, I go to Joyce. She has a great personality and a professional demeanor. She really cares about satisfying her clients. Her prices are fair and she braids very fast. Sometimes, she may even have help. I don't like for anyone else to braid my hair!!
