Prompt efficient, and courteous. Brian and his crew are fabulous. We have two vehicles that they have done the oil changes for, for a while now.
This is the first time we have ever had a problem.
I came home and oil was leaking from the filter. The next day I called Brian and he came out to look at the filter, saw that it was tightened, and that was not the cause.
Brian had oil with him, and he filled the oil. Then ask me to bring the car to the shop. The crew completely changed the oil and installed a new filter. Apparently the gasket on the filter was not working properly.

From the time I called to the time of completion, it took less than an hour.

I really appreciate the fact that Brian looked for a solution instead of making excuses, that means a lot when things aren’t correct with your car. His problem solving skills are definitely a plus for his position.

After a different alignment shop told me my brake pads needed replacing, I went back to Jiffy Lube with this news ( and only 15,000 miles on the new pads they charged me $160 for). The store manager inspected my brakes and told me there was lots of ware left on them and I was totally ok (and I believed him, as most brakes should last for closer to 50,000 miles). Turns out, the inner pads were totally worn, which ruined my rotors a few days later. Upon calling the store i was informed that my wheels were never removed, the inner pads never inspected, yet I was told the pads were OK... or I was blatantly lied to. This cost me $300+ to replace not to mention the safety of my vehicle that I use for Uber. Hamiid (store manager) offered me a free oil change ($50 value) or provided a corporate complaint line. I called the corporate line, which said the district manager would call me within a few days to resolve the issue. They never called. A week later I called again, and was again told they would call (they're apparently in a never ending meeting). Finally a month after the incident I called and demanded the district manager's contact info so I could call him. I called Lorenzo Stanfield, the district manager, who again offered me a free oil change against the $300+ in damages caused by his manager's lack of attention, but no consolation for jeopardizing my safety and that of my Uber customers (not to mention ignoring my complaint for a month). Two weeks later the free oil change coupon was never mailed, and I doubt it will be. After three years of service this is how I was treated. COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, PAY DOUBLE TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE!

I read the bad reviews on multiple sites, but had to get my emissions tested here anyway...I waited too long and had no other options before my deadline. So I went expecting the worst and actually had a good experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (and the shop had 3 other clients when I pulled up.) All the other clients were out pretty quickly. The staff were welcoming and I heard them explain/demonstrate all the things they did to the other clients' vehicles. They always asked if someone wanted a service and didn't pressure the other clients. My emissions test cost $25 and I checked the national average...and it's about $25. The staff treated me kindly, offered coffee, etc, and the service was quick which is what I was looking for. Maybe I just went on a good day, but my trip here was great. The guys were very nice and that means a lot to me.

Horrible! My vehicle is registered in Fayette County so I had to pass emissions - the only place in Athens that does emissions is this JiffyLube. They charge 25.00 (last time I got emissions it was 16.00). They gave my two other charges for there "service" a 3.00 charge and a 1.00. I needed my tires rotated the manager said they could do quickly and a special price $10.00 as a 2 in 1 deal. They rang it up as $20.00 and claimed they never offered the lower price. Overall, a $35.00 visit ended up being $55.00 visit with multiple arguments. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!

These guys are idiots. I got my emissions inspected here and after telling them my car was made in 2000. They put 2001 on the form. I have to go back and get get it done all over again because of their incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs.
