Bloomington Valley Nursery

Has some of the more interesting plants available, particularly conifers that you are unlikely to find elsewhere in our area. They also have some deciduous trees that you won't find at other garden centers. A real treasure to have in South Central Indiana!

First went to this greenhouse and nursery by accident, looking for another business, however once we pulled in I saw some of the most awesome trees, A young college student came out to assist me and he was very polite and knowledgeable about the plants and trees. This business has lots of garden focal items like statues and stone bird baths, stone mushrooms and stone animals, They also have miniature plants and structures for Fairy gardens or Bonsai displays. They also had lots of glazed ceramic pots and bird baths that were on sale while I was there. This place also has wind chimes and stained glass sun catchers for the garden and some of the most awesome trees I have ever seen, It was late November when I visited, I plan to make another trip within the next couple of weeks, and I can'/t wait till spring to see what they will have then. I was impressed with the Holly bushes, one small variegated Holly really caught my eye and I may go back just to get that one. I can't wait to go again.
