I attended body logic school and received my esthetics license and after working I was completely shocked at what I did not learn at this school. I was not prepared for this industry like I should have been. I feel like I wasted my money to Renee Hughes. Renee’s big focus is all about herself and how much money she can scam out of you. She takes payment made payable to her which seems very unethical. She is only concerned about how much money she can make and doesn’t care if you succeed. This was a self taught school and I do not recommend anyone to go to Renee Hughes school. She goes off on tangents if you have a question that she normally does not have the correct answer for you, You will feel like you are waking on eggshells around her. Do not waste your time or money because she will eventually run herself out of business.

This is a top notch school that was voted best school by bmetro Birmingham. Now offering Cosmetology classes and continuing education classes.
By far the worst education I have received. Go elsewhere!!!! There was a bunch of free/wasted time and self teaching via google/YouTube. Hardly any student professor teaching at all, no quality hands on teaching unless requested or an esthetician is available. There is potential and supplies/machines there for you to learn if you're willing to teach yourself!
I have had several procedures....top eyeliner, eyebrows, facial and neck micro-needling, R2 power on my neck. I could not be happier. The atmosphere is spa-like, the staff member that did my procedures is professional, very personable and I was treated like a queen. I have fallen in love with Body Logic. I intend to return for more as soon as I can.
First, let me start by saying my experience at Body Logic was absolutely top notch 100%, would do it again tomorrow! From the moment I stepped in the door I was made to feel comfortable. Julie (staff member) answered all my questions and was even concerned of my travel to Body Logic. It seems that some people’s GPS on their cell phones doesn’t take them to the correct location. Once I was taken to the room where my permanent eyeliner top & bottom lids were to be performed, Julie prepared my eyes with some type of numbing agent. This would ease any pain I would endure from the procedure. Between the comfortable chair & the soothing music I was almost asleep when Renee Hughes Saxon, the owner, stepped in to greet me with a very friendly demeanor. She spoke to me as if I had known her for ages and told me what to expect; she was very kind. Once Renee began the procedure, my eyes were numb enough not to feel any pain at all. Renee took her time with each of my eyelids and even gave me a mirror so I could look at the results after each one was colored. I would recommend Renee to ANYONE considering a permanent eyeliner procedure. She is a true professional and the quality of work is worth much more than I paid for the procedure! I’m extremely satisfied with my permanent eyeliner. There is a little discomfort after the first night’s sleep (I sleep with my face in a pillow) so I’m a little tender, but my EYES HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER! These ladies take care of you and the results are STUNNING! JUST STUNNING!
Good customer service, would recommend it to friends & family
Christina is the best colorist I've ever used. She listened and delivered. And the salon is so pretty, nice experience all around.
Knowledgeable staff, great products. Best cut and color I've had in years. I'm in love with the shampoo it smells fantastic!
I've been using Spa Greystone since May 2010 for laser hair removal. I really love it there. My original aestitician is no longer with the company, but she was still great. I now work with Peggy and she too is wonderful. I've had great experiences with Misti and all of her staff. They really do take great care of you. Laser hair removal is a little costly, but if you have unwanted facial or body hair, this is the way to go! I might also add, it's a little painful. So I might suggest taking a few Advil before each visit. And ladies, do not go anytime during your cycle. Anyone administering the laser treatment will tell you that your skin 3 to 4 times more sensitive to the pain during that time. Still, it's worth it not having to wax my lip and they've upsold me...I got my underarms and bikini area done too. All together, I had to get 12 treatment in each area, but I have thick hair. Most people that I know to do this type of procedure need 5 to 8 visits. Either way, the folks at Spa Greystone were honest after seeing me, so they told me to expect that many visits. I was able to budget for it over time and not upset because spending the money was not a surprise. I would highly suggest this place and join the club of folks who never have to shave again!
