I am so fortunate I ran across Amazing and Awesome Jennifer at Plessers! I was hoping to catch a sale, and she called me back after hours so I could take advantage of the sale before it ended!
I was concerned and had questions about my purchase. She was very helpful from knowledge about the unit to warranties and delivery options. I don’t think she sleeps because she emails all through the night and day. Jenifer is a happy and kind person, as well, which makes it fun to do business.
Thank you Jennifer for addressing my concerns and being so thorough and patient with me. I am so excited about the arrival of my new refrigerator!

I don’t usually buy large items on the internet. However, I gave a call to Plesser’s Appliance and spoke to Jennifer O’Brien about a refrigerator. Jen Made My Day! I order LG Refrigerator, Double Oven & Dishwasher online yesterday. I decided to include to cooktop to complete the suite and take advantage of LG 10% rebate figuring that in the end, the price would be a wash. Jen was able to adjust prices so my cost for the 4 pieces was roughly the same as before adding the cooktop! In addition, I will receive additional rebate from Plesser and 10% cost from LG! I’m so glad I called! Thank you Jen

Plessers has the best prices you can find on many great appliances. Anytime I know of someone looking for an appliance, I recommend Plessers. Their customer service is really great, they walked me through all the rebates and financing options as my wife and I worked through our order. Due to no fault on their part, one half of my original order was delayed by the manufacturer. Rather than let me wait for the complete order to ship, the original customer associate stepped forward to get my partial order delivered. Update: Editing my review after actually going through the process further with Plessers. First of all, this review is about Plessers and their shipping company that they used. After ordering our appliances at the beginning of August, we were told we would have them in hand by the end of the month. As we approached the end of the month, we were told that one of the appliances would be delayed so they would split-ship them so we weren't waiting for everything to arrive. After we got into September, I was finally given a delivery date from the 3rd party shipper who said they had received the appliances. On the day before the confirmed delivery, I was told that the 3rd party shipper in fact did not have the appliances and could not tell me where they were. When I tried to contact Plessers, I was told that the shipper must be wrong and that I needed to wait for them to figure out what was going on. At this point we were in mid-September so I told Plessers I wanted to cancel my order. I wasn't getting any information from them and was also notified that the appliance that was initially delayed would be again until October. My cancelation request didn't sound as if it was being taken seriously so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. After filing this chargeback, I was finally told that they could give me a discount if I still accepted the appliances. Given the delays and the uncertainty around delivery, we eventually decided to cancel the order since another appliance had been delayed. Plessers agreed to not fight the dispute and to let the appliances be returned from WA to NY.

After all of this took place, to my surprise the appliances were still delivered. Sounds like an awesome win right? NO! This was while I wasn't home, I had workers doing some things around the house and they decided to drop the appliances in my garage without permission. I got a phone call from the 3rd party shippers saying that they needed my signature before they could leave. I told them that the appliances were part of a canceled order but I was told since they were a subcontractor of the shipping company that they couldn't take the appliances back without their permission. I called Plessers and let them know what was happening so they could come pickup their appliances. I was then harassed by the 3rd party company about when they could come back, basically telling me when they would show up at my house even though I told them I wouldn't be available. This happened multiple times to the point where I had to escalate to their supervisors to get them to leave me alone while I tried to find time for them to come pickup their appliances after their mistake.

Long story short, I was finally compensated for my time in order for them to pickup their appliances. I thought about keeping the appliances since I already had my money back, but I literally wanted nothing to do with Plessers or A1 distribution at this point. Oh and by the way all of this wasn't actually resolved until October. Thanks for causing over a month delay in the timeline of my project!

BUYER BEWARE! Pricing may be good but think twice about the headache of this. I went local and couldn't be happier even if it ended up costing a bit more in the end.
