Martha's Vineyard

I have a hard time believing any of the yelled at anybody even if they where being a jerk. They have always treated me with kindness and smiles. Yes Penny is out sometimes. Don't think it's a parttime job I think volunteer is more accurate. She takes care of rabbits that other selfish people have grown tierd of them and thru them out with the trash. So I say God Bless Her ! There is always someone to perfectly capable of helping you, and I might ad they're quite the lookers too. I have to admit I've said the same thing about a maintenance man always having excuses, then I thought about it, and he was always smiling I think it's just his way of joking and messing with my head, and he gets the job done. Can't be first in line all the time. I mean really in this day and time extra people sitting on the edge of couch waiting to serve you. I'll even put my name on this to show my sincerity, and maybe get a kiss on the cheek. Hint hint Penney, Linda & Jade. And no I'm not kissing b...No reason to. They really are a great bunch of people. I've lived in a lot of Apts. this is one of the best. Great land scapeing too. Kirk D

Terrible, Terrible management. The manager Penny is hardly ever there, several times I went to the office, and she was not there. The guy in maintenance said she was at her part time job, something to do with Rabbit rescue. And when I do talk to her, she completely ignores my request.
