I am honored to say these words of high praise for the staff at this Sprint store located at 4313 E. New York St. in Aurora. It is not often that a customer comes across such a high quality of staff members at businesses! This is the reason for these few words of commendation by way of a review.During the past two months I stopped by this store on a few occasions to view phone products and accessories. On every occasion I was greeted warmly by the staff members! I noticed that other customers too were welcomed cordially! The service provided by the staff members falls in the 5-star, “superb” category! Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable!Special thanks to Mr. Raul, Ms. Olga, Ms. Elivia, and Ms. Nicole!Claude Al
My daughter took her Iphone 6 here for repair and they lost it. I asked them to replace it and their response was it's lost get over it. They refused to do anything about. I would not recommend this business at all.
My mother had gone to buy a new phone and she was informed that she would get a free headset. Once my mother looked at the actual receipt, she noticed that she was indeed charged for the "free" headset. She called the representative that had done the sale before they closed, but was told that it was for inventory only. But then once we calculated the amount it should have been, she was charged. We confronted the manager and my mother explained the situation, but he completely ignored her and said he needed to help another customer...there was one other customer and another clerk was already assisting the other customer. Once nobody else was there, he kept claiming nothing was ever free. So I stepped in and asked him if the clerk had done a mistake in stating that the item was free, he tried to deny in her stead an I corrected that he had no ability to deny anything if he was not present. Very unprofessional service and their clerks require more training instead of gossiping and not paying attention to their actions.
Don't do business with this store. Save your sanity and find a real sprint store. I will forever regret the day I went to this location for cell services.
upgraded my phone here right before Christmas. Sales people are so loud and obnoxious. Ended up having issues with the phone and went back to them, of course they were no help at all. Horrible customer service. They were entering codes into the phone and not explaining to me what they were doing. They couldn't help me and sent me to another sprint store. I would recommend sprint to get a nicer, friendlier staff to work here or SHUT IT DOWN. customer service on route 59 is way better.
Worst service ever! Went in for a glass replacement but the guy broke the LCD of my iPhone.took him two days to get the phone back to me nd the phone didn't work fine at all. Lost its 50% touch sensitivity , white marks on the screen etc. was rude with us and told us he can't do anything more.He makes u sign the bill when u first pay for it and says that was us agreeing to no warranty. Never seen anybody talk with such attitude when the mistake is on their side.
terrible service charged me for a broken phone 20% restocking fee absolutely absurd, i wont recommend this company to anyone i know .
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Drive 5 more minutes and go to the GREAT location in Aurora on Indian Trail. This location deserves 0 stars. The manager Tiffany is 98% of the reason this store is so bad. I showed up 5 minutes after they were scheduled to open and Tiffany refused to even look at me through the window.. I tried asking when they would be open and she kept saying "we're closed." No really?! Even after I wrote a note and put it up to the window asking when they would be open she only said "we're closed" (with an attitude) she wouldn't even walk to the door to talk to me. I was so disappointed that I wanted to complain to customer service. I called a little while later and she said the names of the girls working were Josiphina and Francine. It was after I made the complaint that I spoke to the great people at the location at 305 W INDIAN TRL STE D, AURORA, IL that I was corrected and told her name was Tiffany. The manager at Indian trail, David, was AMAZING and convinced us to stay with TmobileTMOBILE YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE MANAGER THERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS.
After 15 good years of being with US Cellular, the manager here (Dan), single handedly caused us to discontinue service with them. After making promises, in writing, to reload ringtones they deleted from my phone, they told me that they would not do as promised, and that I would have to pay for their error. Furthermore, while waiting at their store for assistance and talking to another customer, who was also having issues, Dan decided that I was speaking negatively about their products and service. He called my cell phone after I departed, and left a raging, threatening voicemail. He is insane. Don't go to this store!!! Any other US Cellular location is awesome- Fox Valley, especially. We just can't stay with US Cellular if they are willing to allow this kind of lunatic to represent them.
