He is AWESOME at what he does! He has made me several custom pieces that i have had for years and still get complements on. I also bring him all my repair needs and he even changes watch batteries! The other thing i really LOVE about him is he takes pride in his work and business. I only take my stuff to Franco and I always will.

Great Service! Made my wedding ring, love it.

I brought a ring to Franko to fix. The band had broken away from the stone and prongs. He said he would need to take the stone out to fix the ring and then replace the stone. I asked if this would weaken the integrity or strength of the ring if he did this and he stated no, it would be stronger. Around two weeks later my stone was loose so I went back thinking it wouldn't be an issue. Wrong. He told me I had a weak ring and the stone was always going to move. When I told him it never had before and I have had it for years he said he did not believe what I was telling him and he did not know what I was doing to make the stone loose. He then suggested I put super glue on it. After about 15 minutes of bickering he finally tightened the prongs and I left. I will never do business there again and my father who was a long time customer will not either. He was fast at the repair but he did not stand behind his work willingly.
