My grandma had her car fixed at Hinshaws last week and she has been talking about them ever since she picked her car up. She could not be happier with the repairs they did or with the service. She can't say enough about Kim. She said Kim is her new best friend. She said "Kim is the sweetest person you will ever meet and she is very knowledgeable about car repairs". My grandma thinks its so wonderful that a female can do a "mans" job. She said back in her days girls didn't work in the car business but that Kim is great at it. She is very appreciative of everything Kim did for her. She recommends that everyone go and see Kim if you need your car repaired. Her car looks great and she made a new friend. You just can't beat that!

I brought my car in after my accident and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Kim took wonderful care of our car for us, and she provided excellent service. She helped this traumatic experience not seem so awful. We tried to tip her for doing such an excellent job, but she politely declined. Thank you Hinshaws and a big thank you to Kim! We will definitely recommend this shop to everyone we know!

Great service expected and great service received. When I dropped my vehicle off a tree had fallen on it from the freak storm. Chris Carter handled my claim at Hinshaws and gave excellent customer service. The only negative aspect was it took a long time for repairs to be done.

Working with hinshaws was super easy. I was nervous because I never have had to deal with being in an accident before but Kyle made the whole process easy to understand and pretty much took control from the beginning. The car looked better than when I bought it and was done right on schedule. Hopefully I don't ever have this kinda thing happen again but I know where I'll go if I do!

I bought a new Honda CRV for my wife, well she scatched the 3M protection tape on the passenger mirror. I went into Hinshaw's auto body shop and talked with Tom and he replaced it at no charge.
