Do yourself a favor and NEVER use them! We moved from Texas to Wisconsin, which is already stressful enough without such an AWFUL moving experience added on top. I have moved many times, usually on my own with the help of family or good friends and a rented truck. I know how to properly pack boxes, and I individually wrapped every fragile item to hopefully prevent any damage. I also clearly labeled every box that had fragile items in it with "FRAGILE" across all sides of the boxes, literally impossible to miss. Not only was every single box, even the "fragile" boxes, obviously beaten up when it got to our new home in WI, but each fragile box had at least one broken item. Many of my plates and bowls were completely shattered, almost half of my glassware was shattered, a vase, a crockpot (which had obviously been dropped hard enough to shatter the ceramic part, and break off one of the handles), my professional blowdrier had a huge crack down the side with the back piece broken off completely, our rolling pin was partially shattered and had a handle broken off...It looked like they had just thrown the boxes into the truck as hard as they could, or dropped them out of the second story window to the ground. Boxes had holes ripped in the bottoms and sides, and were just generally completely messed up. Not to mention that one of my boxes, filled with at least $200.00 worth of professional beauty and hair supplies for my job, was missing completely. When I tried to make a claim of damages and missing items, they made it almost completely impossible. Many of the items we had had for at least a year, and didn't have any receipts or printed proof of purchase anymore. The items weren't able to be repaired, so there was no repair estimate that could be made. For the missing items, again, there was no "proof of purchase" that satisfied their requirements, so I guess I'm out of luck there, too! It got to be such a hassle that it wasn't even worth the effort anymore!
Never doing business with them again. On the pickup day, I was advised to leave the couch since it was in ok condition and was told that I can call their office for quote readjustment to get the reimbursement for that. After 5 days, I got a call from delivery saying that he would be there Sunday night 4 - 8 PM. Obviously, the guy doesn't show up; neither replies to my calls and messages. He calls next morning to schedule delivery between 9 AM - 12 PM. I was even more disappointed when I saw the condition of my shipment. The boxes were so smashed up that contents were falling out. Floor lamp lost. Heavy scratches in many items. Mattress box torn etc etc.The next day, I called their office for price readjustment for couch and to file claim, I was shamelessly told that they would not readjust the price because this was a binding contract and cannot be changed. F**** THUGS. Stay away from these bandits.
I believe this outfit is called Infinity Movers now and I used them again after a okay experience and was that a mistake. Damagr, damange and more damage even after requesting extra padding and wrapping! Brought thia to the attention of Marty who I assume is the owner and this a$$hole ignored all my contacts I made. Lost a nice walk clock we had for many years and severe damage to many pieces if furniture. Do your research and shop around before using this outfit.

Too bad I cannot give them a O. I applied online with a moving company locator. This company was the first to call me back in like 10 minutes at night after 10. I was in awe. The guy I talked with Nick was awesome. I made an appointment and I was set. The next day I received a call from another company for a lower price. I contacted Nick through email to cancel my appointment because I found a better deal. He advised me that they price match and beat. So he gave me a cheaper price than the guy who called me the next day.Friday come and my appointment is from 11-2. I get a call at 1 saying they got behind because of a slow elevator, I was ok with that. I went to sleep because I work third shift. I woke up at 7, thinking I missed a call and they came and left. I called and the guy says, we are wrapping up and will be there in 30 min. I was okay with that because I had to go to work that night. They didn't arrive until 8:30, then they tell me I had to pay $90/hr opposed to the price I was given over the phone, because I needed 3 guys and not 2 because I was on the 3rd floor, which I told Nick this, to make sure I get an accurate quote. As I am thinking about the move, they guy starts rushing me, I told him I have waited 5 hours for you, you can wait 10 min for me. At this point I was mad, so I tried to call Nick, no answer of course. So I let the guys move, granted I live on the 3rd floor, I didn't have that much stuff, and the people that moved me in, took less than an hour, and it was only 2 guys. Instead of paying $115, I ended up paying $300. I ended up paying for 3 hours + $25 trip charge. They were moving slow when they were loading up the truck. Get this, when we arrived at the new apartment, the guy says, if we get this stuff in here in 30 min, can we keep the rest as a tip? Who said you were going to get a tip? And if you can unload in 30 min, you could have loaded it in 30 min, instead of 2 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TELL YOU ONE THING ON THE PHONE, AND WHEN THEY GET THERE IT'S SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
Compton Brothers Moving does not do carpet cleaning, they are a moving company,so this other review is misplaced
