The worst experiences I’ve ever had with human beings. Disrespectful, non-communicable, lying, manipulative, etc., etc., etc!I read the google reviews thinking the people were fake or were just complaining, not having viable reasons for complaining about their experience with David Kohm and associates, I should have taken those reviews serious. I should have never chosen for David Kohm to represent my wife and I. I was headed to work. My wife and I were a critical component to help a local business in Dallas, Texas start up. We opened a store that hired all kids with special needs, helping them find work and empower them to be independent. Backing out of the drive, on a sunny December morning. I was making my way through a green light when a gentleman in a vehicle ran a red light and smashed into the side of my little, paid off, Toyota Corolla. The car was totaled and I was left with a herniated disk, chest and nick problems that I am still dealing with today, over two years later. I thought David Kohm and associates would have represented my case well and taken care of all the loss of wages, pain & suffering, and loss of possessions (my paid off car). Not the case at all. They left us high and dry. They left us high and dry. My losses were well over 10,000+. They never paid me for losses.I talked with David once. On the other hand, I talked to over a dozen people that said they would call me back, give me information about the case and help me out with questions; that was not the case. I was confused for over 2 years, with over a dozen people giving me empty promises. I tried to stay positive; they are just busy people; they have a lot on their plates. A client should never be treated this way! Please, I beg you, do not have David Kohm represent you! You will be sadly mistreated and left with loss.

An idiot who totally mishandled the guardianship case for my mother. He never returned calls or emails. He even failed to file my guardianship request and when I found out, I was furious! Thank God I was able to find another attorney who successfully handled the case in a professional manner. Stay away from this one.

DON'T EVER USE THEM AS YOUR ATTORNEY! THERE ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP YOU AT ALL! Worst experience ive ever had in my life. They will NEVER call you back, so don't fall for it. You will wait FOREVER for anything to ever happen. I've waited a whole year to finally settle, finally was able and then they got as much money as I did! And the only reason why my account finished as "quick" as it did is because I called and hounded them every day and asked to wait on the line to get to whoever was over my case. This place is the biggest joke I've ever dealt with. YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU CHOOSE THEM TO BE YOUR LAWYER. They make many false promises that they never intended to keep. My lawyer told me they were going after the other insurance company for 30k in my pocket and I got 3k. They are extremely dishonest people. Even when I walked in the office I heard other aggravated clients calling in on the phones and not one of them got pushed through to who they needed to talk to and I even witnessed the receptionist rolling her eyes and having an argument with the client on the phone. I never would have chosen them if I knew they were this terrible. The reviews you see on there are all fake. There is no way this company could ever have a good rating when they treat their clients so badly. They must pay people to make them look good, but they have proved to me they aren't. BEWARE.

Brandy at David Kohm's office made me feel comfortable and at ease about filing for bankruptcy. I have had excellent credit for 35 years, but after retiring and illnesses, I could no longer pay for everything. I was so nervous and upset about the whole situation, but Brandy handed me a tissue, explained everything in detail and made me smile and feel like there might actually be light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. If I could give this law firm 20 stars I would!

I didn't feel like he cared about me as a client. I didn't get my money's worth. A hard lesson learned.
