Day Property Management

Total slumlords sewer backed up in the house no response. Finally called the city imagine that they answered the phone for them. Been living without an oven for over a year and only one working burner no response from them there either. My daughter lives in their dump with 4 little boys. Give me a call day properties LLC. I've got an earful for you. Wish they had negative stars for rating

Day Property is HORRIBLE!!! They took our security deposit for no reason, they are also charging us on top of that of $75 cuz they said they hired a professional cleaner to clean the apartment and never notified us with an invoice. We were good tenants and even took over lawn care for only $30 off a month and we did a lot for them, they never return your phone calls or emails, the head landlord is extremely rude, they didn't even let us know they were taking all of our deposit. My bf had to call and ask where the money was and why we didn't receive it or an invoice or recipt of any kind, she proceeded to tell him we didnt give an advanced notice even though we did and have email proof. They are low life, money sucking slum lords!

We are very happy with day property Managment! This company was a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences. They are very professional and return phone calls when left messages. They are very flexible and understanding. We had a few date changes when it came time to sigh the lease and they were more than willing to work with us. We have had a few issues in our home and as soon as we called about it we were put in contact with a repair person and the issue was resolved very quickly. We are very happy with Day Property Managment!!
