We ordered tap shoes the middle of July so they'd arrive well before my daughter began lessons. I called mid-to-late August to check on the status, since I hadn't received a call, and was told that my order from July 16 hadn't been placed until after August 1. Apparently they had closed for ten days starting July 22, which I had not been informed of -- I would have ordered from Amazon, but was looking forward to making this experience special for my daughter. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and didn't offer an explanation as to why my order from July 16 wasn't placed sometime between July 16-22, instead telling me that the shoes "should be in sometime next week". I was very disappointed with the lack of communication (my order sat for 16 days without being placed, and without my knowledge), the lack of courtesy for guests, and unprofessional-ism. I understand they have loads of business and many loyal customers, but this was my first experience and I'm SO unimpressed. :(
