Major fail Zara! Seriously three stores and only two cashiers working! One hour checkouts are not getting my business again! #neverzaraagain

I have a really bad comment about the service in Zara at Annapolis mall. I love the styles from Zara because it always fit to me. But the staff also the security make me feel uncomfortable when I come to here. First, I came there at 8:45 and I knew the store will close at 9pm. All the staff look at me with unhappy face and of course no one say hi to me, stare me like I'm a thief. Second, I came another day on sale. I was on the mirror and the security walk across front at me even behind me have large space for him, and no "excuse me". That is so impolite. And the third, I want to talk about the cashier. I don't know his name but he is tall, dark skin and he has glasses. I always see him at night time. He service everybody but never say hi or how are you to anyone also me like uneducated person. Also I said "how are you" to him and recipes without answers and cool face. All of that make me feel so so uncomfortable and feel so so bad all the time I come here. I love Zara, but these reasons will take me away. I hope some else will help them know how to smile. Thank you for reading this. Maybe my grammar is not perfect, but that all I feel about you.
