        Overall

        Had a 5:00 appt, was there a few minutes early. WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED...... isn't that what an appointment's for? You go, they are ready for you? NO at this HR Block. Beware. Schedule appt somewhere else.
