If you are looking to rent: THIS IS THE PLACE! They have the best looking rental places in the city of Anderson and the pricing is very reasonable. There is one other place here in Anderson but are much more expensive. I love the fact that they are gated townhomes. I also like they will paint the interior of your townhome, whatever color you desire, free of charge. All you have to do is buy the paint, tell them where it goes and enjoy. Nancy, which was the property manager was VERY nice and plesant.
