UPS has failed to deliver packages so many times I can’t even count. It’s as though they’re unconcerned about delivering to home locations. If you’re a business, UPS does a better job, but even then, they fail at delivering on time. Poor service, unprofessionalism, and lack of concern for their customers should doom this company.

In and out in less than 10 minutes. Clerk was courteous, professional and very prompt.
Bill & his team have been taking great care of us for many years. Always on time (even when we aren't).
I came in to ship 4 boxes from this location the person that "helped" me put all 4 boxes under one tracking number and only put one tracking label on 1 of the 4 boxes, she then tapped all 4 boxes together to ship out as one. Only 3 boxes got to the destination the last box was lost. The insurance that I put under them was never compensated for (even after filing a claim) and was treated very poorly throught the whole process. I am a small bussines owner and this experience has showed me to never use ups again. (For those wondering the item I lost was 4 vintage racing wheels oz pegasus valued over $1600)
Several times my forwarding of mail (while out of state) has been mishandled. the most recent account was in october. I called and spoke with a male employee explained i would be n town week of 10/ 12 not to send out i would pick up and to reaume aftervthat week. Well week of 10/20 i did not receive mailed and called. I have acreally important document that i needed to receive. So i called they rattle pff some excuse i said to hold mail. Which was totally not true and the employee continued to argue with me. I was asking if they would send the mail over night at no charge as a coutesy for mail not going out. I got no where with this situation. So now i am having to call the company see they can resend info over night. Not only did the nanager not call back when asked. The employee argued with me entire conversation. Lack of respest not professional and tjis is a representation of tje manager as well
