When I contacted the company for a quote, I specifically asked about mini split systems. The rep said that they were very expensive. I can afford it, Great costumer service.

Tucker the electrician, was on time, very professional. Gave me an estimate that was the cost. Checked & fixed everything I asked him too.

Technician was prompt and courteous. Had the drain unstopped within a few minutes. Saw evidence of tree roots. Sent a camera technician to inspect sewer line which was included in the price of.

Because it took several days to diagnose the source of the leak and order the part, we were without air conditioning in half of our house. CJ, the technician, provided two portable room air conditioners that cooled two bedrooms where we had out-of-town family staying for awhile.

Scottco sent service techs from all three trades the same afternoon, so I only lost one afternoon. They arrived at the promised time. Each wore booties to keep our house clean. They cleaned up after.

Chris Howard (plumber) performed routine maintenance, but he was also able to fix a gas leak on the spot without rescheduling. He was very professional and honest. He gave us a break on the price, since we are Super Saver club members, and he took off a little more because it was a simple, quick fix!
