        Tech Calvin Shields showed up and easily diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it with in the shortest amount of time possible and get us back on track.

        Overall

        The service member was very prompt and polite.

        He explained what the problem was with our plumbing,

        gave us a reasonable repair price, and completed the

        repair very quickly. He also took the time to show me where

        the water turn off was (with the meter in the alley) and explained

        why I needed to know that in case of a plumbing emergency!

        He was great!
