The Owners and management of country living mobile home park are very dishonest and extremely ignorant. First you will notice by talking to anyone on the maintenance or leasing team the total lack of respect they have for tenants and each other. Also It seems they may have extremely low self-esteem due to lack of exercise and overall unpleasant facial features, likely caused from being lazy and having inbred parents that also have brain deficiency issues. The best thing to do is let Kodiak property management self destruct on its own. DO NOT expect to have a happy home anywhere near this company.
