They are extremely slow and the employees are rude. It's such a shame how bad employees can ruin a business. Don't waste your time or money. I won't ever patron this place again.

Another great experience at Swensons. Our out of town relatives always request to eat there every time they visit. We took the family there yesterday and could not be more pleased with the food or service. It is such a unique experience and the kids always enjoy it. They truly have the best burgers around. Even though it was freezing out we still ordered milkshakes and as always they were great. I would never be reluctant to recommend this Akron landmark.
I took my mother there for lunch. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 #1 combos. When I went to eat mine, the onions put on it were moldy. I took it back inside and told the worker. When the manager came up, I said my onions were moldy. She looked at me, scowled, and turned around and walked away without saying a word. He worker got me a new sandwich, but no one offered an apology. I was appalled and will not go back. Moldy food is unacceptable and their response was the same.

I mean fantastic food. The skeptic that I am went into this venture with doubt of new restaurant hype, but after tasting the real turnips and mustards, the to die for mac& cheese oh and not to forget that tender as a mothers heart brisket I was hooked and sold. Go by it's worth your while

Don't rate this place until you have eaten here. All new, especially family restaurants have growing pains. I've been here several times, the food is excellent and the employees kind. Definitely give this place a try.
