I've purchased over 14 cars over the yrs from dealers large & small & my experience with Robert far outweighed the others. It took time, but the deal was done & I walked away with an immaculate car at a great deal. The only obstacles that we ever hit were due to the lenders, but in the end, I was able to connect the dealer to a local lender who I had financed with before. This is sure to help others get financed quicker when they find a car from this dealership. When I decide I want another car, I know that I will return to Robert to either check out his inventory or send him to the auction for me. He's already proved he will go the extra mile just by being so patient and helpful. I've noticed on various review sites, people give him 1 star simply because he didn't have the car available that they wanted "to see" not even necessarily "to buy"...businesses rely on reviews to survive, let's review them when a deal is done, from start to finish...if I gave 1 star to every dealer that didn't have the car I wanted or anything like that, I would have wasted so much of my time & energy handing out 1 stars...hopefully others will take the time to read the reviews & not just focus on the amt of stars.

The manager here & staff seemed nice but when my daughter bought a car there she was misled & lied to on several things.

They charged extra on her auto buy & was supposed to get her brakes redone in the back & put a new mirror on her acura, well when she picked her car up they neglected to tell her that her brakes were not done! Then when she confronted the manager he said it didn't need it yet but her regular mechanic told her the back brakes needed to be redone pads & all & I was there ! There was rust visible & when she picked her car up same rust was on the hubs!

Also they were supposed to run me as a co signer so that she could get better credit & they didn't do that ,stating that I didn't earn enough on my job! Well that's bull because I just refinanced my car at 2.14% with a credit score of over 800 & I had plenty of income for the loan she needed which was around $10,000.

This caused my daughter to use up her entire savings for emergency because she needed a newer car.
