Auto Acceptance Insurance

I've been going there for as long as they've been open. Probably almost twenty years. Never a problem or a wrong attitude from them ever. They have always treated me with dignity and respect. I just smile and act friendly and they give the same back. I don't go around expecting to be pampered everywhere I go either, so there's that too. They are very busy all the time and do a great job under those circumstances. Good people.

Cheap minimum requirement liability insurance to keep you legal. Have been using them for about seven years: WAY cheaper than my "big name" insurance,and my agent was a friend who actually "fudged" some discounts for me. Brian has always been straightforward and square with me. If you want someone to kiss your ass,there are plenty of agents willing to do it elsewhere---for a price.

Never once in 20 yrs had any problem with Brian ,he has helped my husband an I out of alot of things!!!!

This is one of the worst businesses I have encountered. I was treated GREAT....When I handed my money over to pay for the isurance and after that I was nothing but a pay day to them. This is a place I would not EVER recomend to anyone...Not even my WORST ENEMY....!!! They have crappy customer service after they get your money in hand they don't care about you....CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Pay the little bit extra to get REAL insurance that will cover you if you get into an accident and serve their purpose of being your insurance. If they don't do their job of insuring you WHY DO YOU HAVE THEM??? Oh yea so they can rip you off!

BE CAREFULL....If you are going through them KEEP EVERY LITTLE PIECE OF PAPER THEY GIVE YOU! Every date....EVERYTHING!!! Don't trust them.... :/ The only reason they are getting a star at all is beacuse they require you to give at least one to post a rating...

Brian the owner was VERY nice when we signed up with our two cars. Yet when one broke down & we tried to remove it, he was not only rude, but told us we'd have to drive 1.5hrs to sign the paperwork to get it removed. It was 2 days before our policy was due again, and had the other car on this policy.

We signed up by faxing...yet "it's illegal" to remove it. We called the main carrier KeyInsCo, the found us another agent dropped them and added our new vehicle with full coverage that we needed.

Brian was do RUDE when he heard the words "we need to take off" our 2nd car...he didn't even give us a chance to say "we need to add our new one". THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & BE THE WORST WHEN YOU NEED TO REMOVE A CAR.

We will NEVER EVER IN OUR LIVES ALLOW ANYONE TO SPEAK TO US HOW HE DID!!! My wife is the nicest gal, he's lucky we live 1.5hrs north of Wichita! ***DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM***
