Buyers Beware!! I reached out for a quote, gave my address and date for quote as well. when i told him that i found a cheaper price, he told me it must be an uninsured competitor if their price was cheaper and went on a rant of how that affects his company etc. (Her apologized for his unprofessional rant after) the day after the bounce house rental from someone else, the public safety officer came to my house saying that there is a complaint of an uninsured bounce house at my home. Wow!!!! You drove by my house to see that I had a rental that was not from you and then you proceeded to report me the following day hoping to get me fined and the other company fined. What kind of business does that? Creepy angry business owner!!!! Thing is.....the other rental company was licensed and insuranced and this price was way lower than his quote!

The office staff so friendly. I was very impressed with the prices for all my party rental needs. My son found the exact bounce house he was looking for. We also ordered nice white frame tent rental for everyone to eat under.
Best party rental company around. Been using for over 10 years. Lower prices than most all competitors. They are very friendly family owned business. They always show up on time or ahead of time. Very happy to do business with them.
Day and Night Party Rental in Westfield MA is the best party rental company in the Western Mass area! I booked a tent rental, tables and chairs for a surprise baby shower for a friend. We also had a bounce house rental to keep the kids busy while we enjoyed ourselves under the tent. They were very accomodating in their set up time to keep the party a suprise.
