worst service I have ever received. Employee added insurance and supplies i had already denied when he asked if i neded them, and when i asked him to remove it he said he needed to wait for me to return the truck so that the system would allow him to make changes. i asked again are you sure there is nothing i can do since I have not left your property and i still do not have the u Haul truck, and he replied i will take everything off when you return. I later found out that all I had to do was cancle contract in U haul.com, but he did not give this option to me and ended up charging me at the end for the dolly and hand truck i never used. I did get my credit from U haul after they heard my story, but its a shame that U haul and Chevron has an authorized dealership representing the name they spens so much money on advertizing, and its been misrepresented by this place. there are other bad reviews on this place if you go to http://www.uhaul.com/Locations/reviews-for-053688. The only helpful person was a manager JR who was simpathetic and asked questions as if he was concerned, he promised to call back or his superior would . His boss called back and apoligized and then asked me if i had any questions, as soon as i began to ask he cut me off and said sir, did you not get your credit, i said yes but My questions are on procedure so that I know what to expect next time. i asked if the additional equiptment is always loose because in the past other u hauls have them attached to the truck and a seal is broken if you used them this truck came with pads and dolly loose and there is no way of knowing that it was not used, he cut me off again and said sir i answered your question. I felt rushed and didnt realyy get to ask everything i wanted but its ok i wont be going there again.
