Chris was my guy. He's awesome. Did everything for me. Contacted the insurance agency, inquired and set up the rental car for me, arranged to have the rental costs go directly from Enterprise to the insurance company, had them pick me up, and called the claims agent and the adjuster to resolve any discrepancies in the estimates. Heck that dang adjuster gave me aftermarket price estimates and Chris called and had them give me factory/stock parts which are better. Heck, I didn't even know that. Awesome! Having someone do all the dirty work for you... insurance, rental, reimbursements, fighting for you. All Chris said I needed to do was pay the check amount from the insurance company, and he'd get the insurance company to pay the difference if there was any internal damage to the car which wasn't seen or estimated. It's like whoa... what a thorough job. Would I have gotten the same service elsewhere? Don't think I would have w/ the first two places I visited.

For me going to a body shop is as much fun as having a triple root canal, but this all changed due to the warm and friendly greeting that I received from Chris Smith upon entering the shop. Chris had all the paper work done and ready for me, and had the rental car agent waiting. Chris went into all the details on how my car was going to be treated, and what steps to expect as the repairs proceeded. As things unexpected came up, Chris kept me informed by phone and what would come next. Chris called me and told me the car was ready for pick-up. When I got there what a surprise. The car had been detailed, and looking at it closely I could not find a single fault with the body work. To make a long story short I still do keep away from body shops but like root canals they are a necessity. Kudos to Chris and his crew. You are the best. Thanks, Willy Hartford.
Each time I've done business with Anchor since then I am reminded of how much I appreciate doing business with them. I am treated with courtesy and respect and feel that they pay attention to what I have to say and address all my concerns. In short I feel they bend over backwards to make sure that I am satisfied with their work and that they have done everything they could to help me. They have even gone out of their way to help me correct another shop's bad work at no cost to me even though it was not their responsibility. I'd say this is exceptional and I feel well taken care of.
GREAT EXPERIENCE I went there to get my rear bumper fixed and they did an awesome job throughout the whole process. They gave me a great quote and ordered the bumper immediately The body shop manager followed up with me as soon as the new bumper was painted and ready to be placed on my car. It took about an hour and I was out of there. It looked brand new!!! You couldn't even tell the difference. I feel very comfortable bringing my car back to this body shop and I've already recommended it to a few of my friends. Great job to everyone involved in fixing the damage on my car.
On the day I first stopped to check Anchor out the owner personally took time to look at some minor damage on my car. In watching his inspection and talking to him I learned how to improve the appearance of my car without incurring a big expense. In that instance I made a decision not to fix the damage he inspected but his behavior and thoughtful answers brought me back when I did need to have my car fixed.
Just picked up my car from Anchor Auto body and wow! It looks great, and everyone at Anchor was professional, and nice too! My car got hit by someone from State Farm and this was one of their choices. Since it was so close to my house, I went with them. I'm impressed. Couldn't ask for anything more. Oh! My car was really dirty wihen I took it in and I got it back detailed. Thanks Anchor.
All in all... great service. Legit and honest. Professional, courteous. All their employees. On their website it says they're "Diamond Certified." meaning they're up there in terms of customer satisfaction. I believe it. Made my life so much easier. So yea... I highly recommend and would definitely take my car back there if any future work is needed. Thanks Chris!

First, I looked high and low for a good body shop in mountain view, I did find several good shops, but several coworkers recommended me to go to da-les auto body in sunnyvale, I really like to stick to local shops but I decided to try them out. Everything went really smooth and my car looks great.
