I highly recommend Precious Hands Home Care. Grace is kind, friendly, caring and very easy to get along with. She arranged a live-in caregiver for my mother who was battling cancer. The caregiver, Ida, was very experienced and caring. She took very good care of my mother during her final days and I got the feeling that Ida really cared about my mother's comfort and feelings. She told me that she likes being a caregiver because it's a job where you can really make a difference. When I heard that I knew she was the right person for my mom. Grace was so flexible and accommodating with my mother's ever changing schedule between the hospital, rehab center and home. I had to call her several times with last minute changes and it was never a problem. She made these difficult times easier by being so flexible and able to meet our needs quickly. After my aunt, who is in her early 80s arrived home from the rehab, my family had a great experience with precious hands home care. I really like their services, they have great staff who are well commited to their job and are always there when needed. they have the greatest love and respect for the elderly in giving them comfort. Once you get there services you will never look back . My grandmother who is 80 years old has been with them for a year and everytime she talks about the service she gets she always have a smile on her face. I desperately needed a home health aid for my grandmother...she's 87 yrs old and just had came out of the hospital....I found Precious Hands and well I was very pleased with the way they took care of her. Our home health aid is very professional, she is always on time, and attends to my grandmother with lots of care and compassion. She is really a part of our family now The nurse calls every once and a while to see how things are going. Well its been 2 yrs now and i am still very pleased with Precious Hands' services. I would highly recommend.
