        Absolute WORST service I have ever received. My party came in at 9:15 and when we asked about biscuits the assistant manager basically said we're closing with a shrug! My order was brought out with what looked like burned blood all over the bacon. I was min shock and asked the waitress why they would even serve my food on what look to be a dirty plate/with burned blood. The assistant manager was very rude when I politely voiced my complaint. He was basically like, do you want it or not. When I asked for a substitution because according to him, we couldn't get any fresh biscuits (even though he agreed the ones served to us were bad quality) I could not substitute the biscuits that came with my order for a pancake. After very rudely stating he would charge me for a full order of pancakes and would not substitute the biscuits that came with my order, I opted to cancel the order. The waitress came back and said she couldn't believe he was so rude and apologized on his behalf because she said he was new. I will NEVER eat at that particular Cracker Barrel again. I am a regular in Jonesboro, AR and have never been treated with such rudeness or witnessed such pride in management. The waitress also gave me several people to contact. I have a picture of the plate and will be sharing it with the district manager this week as well as social media! This location is in trouble if he is to remain the person handling customers.
