Beverly Davenport has no idea what she is doing. All complaints to her are met with an "I will pass it on" She has no desire to solve any problem. They lost my couch and told me that is was accidentally loaded on a different truck. A newbie loader took it upon himself to look for the couch with out any direction from his management team and found that the couch never left the warehouse. Management lied to me and would never have found the couch. Because of Davenport's negligence a grandfather clock was damaged. The actions of University Moving directly caused the damage yet they will not pay for their negligence stating the deductible amount. When a company by their own action damages property they should make it right. University moving could care less if they CAUSE the damage, it is your tough luck. Avoid this company at all costs. I wanted to express my gratitude to University Moving & Storage. We moved from Florida to Ohio because of being transferred with my company. University moved my family with such care. It was a great experience, they went way above my expectations.

We were a corporate move from Ohio to NJ. Christopher Clement came out to give us a quote. Price and timeline seemed great and they had been recommended by Sibcy Cline. We were very specific that we would not receive our house until 8/23 and delivery had to be after that....no problem. A week before the move, Beverly Davenport confirmed with us for a delivery of 8/22. We were asked to change our closing date as there was no room for changes to the delivery. We worked with attorneys, realtors and buyers to accommodate an 8/22 closing. Christopher worked with dispatch to "confirm" delivery for 8/23. All was great and we proceeded with the move. We arrived in NJ and called for our delivery time frame for the next day, 8/23. The NJ movers (Able Metro) informed us that they had agreed to take our move with the understanding that they could not delivery before the 27th!! No changes were able to be made. We received our furniture 4 days later!! We had to pay 4 extra days of hotel, meals, dog boarding, etc. all because University Movers could not coordinate and communicate efficiently. I called Christopher Clement to assist with the matter and he was unable to do so. He became defensive. He continued to say the 27th was within our spread dates. This is true, however I have emails from Christopher stating "that dispatch has COMMITED to delivering on 8/23." He began fumbling with his words and becoming increasing agitated when I asked for an explanation of how this could happen. I wish I can give 5 stars to the packing team and 1 star for the execution of the delivery.

I had University move my belongings locally in Cincinnati recently. Mike and the guys were incredible! They were very accommodating, courteous, fast/efficient and seemed to be very concerned about our belongings. We have moved many times in the past and I have to say, I have never been so impressed that I felt compelled to reach out and share our appreciation. We were extremely pleased and will definitely refer University to our friends and acquaintances.

This is quite late but no less heart felt for the exceptional work that Beverly Kevin and Gary did in getting my fathers belongings here safely and in a timely manner.



Both Gary and Kevin worked efficient and considerate as a team. Kevin graciously, attentively and accrately moved his furniture and sometimes remove items to a new location to make the unpacking process much easier for me.



I remain grateful to this day for their skilled help.

University was amazing to work with, we looked into multiple moving companies but their approach from the sales to customer service was top notch. I interacted with the movers and they were very quick and careful at moving my items. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move!!

They asked me to let them know how my move went by writing a review and I just wanted to say the crew was fantastic.

We had a second move on the 16th and were equally as impressed this time. I would highly recommend using this moving company for any and all moves. They are professional and reasonable.



We were so impressed with their professionalism and customer service that we will use them for future moves. We had two semi loads to be delivered to three different places and they made sure it was well protected and organized. The drivers were pleasant and never stopped until we were done.

They did a great job moving our stuff even with my crazy request.

I have used University at my work for years. This past weekend I hired them to move my home, I just wanted to express how impressed I was. They never used any foul langauge nor did they ever "loaf around". Every one of them was professional and made sure I had everything I needed. They even let me decide where I wanted to place things and did not fuss with me once if I changed my mind. I was really impressed when they were able to park that huge truck in a fashion that did not block in my neighbors-and that was not an easy feat.
