Happy to be done with our move and downsizing after retirement. We are ready to enjoy our new home but my free minute was to tell you how your moving men were on our move. The crew was helpful, professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time, they started working immediately and did not stop until the truck was loaded. They were just as efficient when they unloaded the truck. Job well done!

Wonderful, wonderful job, just terrific. I have a way to go with getting settled but the crew was so happy even though it's hard work they never complained. Our pie safe that we use for a bookshelf, I didn't think it would go up the stairs but they were patient and able to maneuver it up the staircase so we can use it as we always have. Sometimes you think a salesman is just telling you things to sell the job but in our case it was just as Mark said it would be. I am impressed and very thankful we moved with University Moving.

I recently moved with University North American which was a pleasant experience. The communication with the office and the driver influenced my rating the most.

Since my move was a five star rating; when I was asked if I could give a five star rating, I said absolutely yes! University worked with me when I had to change my date due to closing. We had a very positive move experience and they worked with us placing our furniture in our new home just where we wanted it to be.

Both Beverly Davenport and Chris Egan were the most amazing professionals - they did an excellent job of communicating with a couple different people involved with our move and they were always checking in and making sure every detail was covered. This move was for my mother and she had never used a professional mover but was completely blown away by the level of support and service provided by the UMS team. Truly, every imaginable detail was taken into account and handled beautifully. Again, I cannot offer one note for improvement - the entire experience was amazing and I am incredibly grateful for Beverly and Chris' attention and support.

In giving this rating I think it was probably 2 things, the driver and the coordinator. They did a great job at communicating and keeping me informed. They did a great job at working together. Over all, it was very good. The guy that did the estimate was very personable and very professional. He did a good job as far as I know. He did better than his competition.

North American was quick and efficient, the crew worked hard and did well.
