As I was driving in Barton one day my vehicle told me I had low tire pressure, it was leaking fast. I went to Z's as this was the only place in the next mile. Rick immediately brought my vehicle into the shop and put the donut on and tried to locate the exact tire that went flat but due to our current circumstances with shortages nationwide, he was unable to locate a tire. He was very, very friendly, respectful, professional and never charged me a penny for all his effort. He was my "hero" as I'd have been stranded.

We hire technicians with skills to complement our own and we carefully train young techs to be able to serve you best. We require our techs to become ASE certified too. We have a great warranty and we stand behind our work. We will ALWAYS address and correct any concerns that may arise. We cannot control situations where a bad part is received, but we will stand behind any repair and replace any faulty part FREE of charge. We rely on our customers to be our best advertisers, so we would NEVER do anything to lose the trust and faith you place with us. When our customers tell family and friends about the great services we provide, we reward them. They are the ones who keep costs down by allowing us to control and reduce advertising expense - unlike the Big Chain Store operations.
