Bay Creek Pediatrics

I am not sure if the comments were about the pediatric side or the internal medicine side but I absolutely love Bay Creek Peds. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. The staff has been there for years and are very responsive to my needs and the needs of my children. I have never had an issue with them at all. We also love our new doctor, Dr. Sherman. Would recommend this facility for care over any other place.

Although this practice was excellent in the past, it has not been very good in the last five years. Waiting time is always minimum 15 minutes in reception and then another half hour minimum in the exam room. Time with doctor is 15 minutes maximum. Some of the doctors are rude and offensive to your intelligence. I have gotten some good treatment and some horrible treatment at this practice. This is probably the worst and uncaring it has been in years. Very disappointing and disheartening. I would shop carefully for a very good medical practice. Billing terrible. An administrative disaster since new electronic filing was instituted. Good luck.
