Computers Done Right

I installed Norton Antivirus in my Dell Desktop Computer and it caused a few problems the biggest one was it would not allow me to connect to the internet. I called Computers done right and Marshall called me back within the hour. I dropped my computer off at his house and within Two hours he called and it was fixed. He is very proffessional and very knowledgeable. And the best part of all was his price very reasonable he has a customer for life and I will recomend Marshall to everyone I know.

I called computers done right and Marshall showed up at my home in just over 1 hour. I had Norton for antivirus protection but I still had viruses. Marshall Fixed my computer in no time at all. Took out Norton and put the second best antivirus protection in the world on. My computer is now virus, worm and ad free. Not only did he come to my home and fix it but the best price ever. I reccomend Computers done right to all my friends and family. I will never use anyone else.

I had this laptop where the hard drive was fried. I called the company that made it to see what I could do to get it fixed. The company told me it was going to cost me about $145.00 or so but that was just for the hard drive. So i would have had to get windows and firewalls and anti-viruses...therefore costing me too much money to do. I went online and searched for some places that fixed computers and i came across this site. I called and explained my situation and Computers Done Right said that they could fix it. So I dropped off my computer and not even three days later I got a call saying it was fixed. I picked it up and it had all the programs on it that the computer needed. When I got home I was able to hook it up to the internet just about right away and so far I havent had any problems with it yet. I would recommend this place. They were very nice and willing to work with me and understood everything I was worried about and the problems with the computer. They were also very good with pricing. It would have cost me so much more if I went through someone else. Again I would go with Computers Done Right if you want to get your computer fixed right and for less.

ADDITONAL REVIEW: I recently had a friend call me with a computer problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,he told me that the "computer place" that he usually went to was closed ,,,,,,,,,,,,I know the "place",,,,,,,,and it was basically closed for ripping off customers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,in fact years and years ago,,,I actually took MY compture there for repair,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the tech called me up and asked me to bring in my WINDOWS XP DISK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,which I didn't have,,,,,,,,,,,,so,,,,he had to "sell" me a new disk,,,,,for $135.00,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when I got the com back,,,repaired,,,and got the disk he had sold me,,,,,,,the disk label stated "NOT FOR RESALE,,,,THIS DISK IS PROVIDED AND PACKAGED WITH NEW SYSTEMS,",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,which means the guy ripped me off for 135 bucks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,



back to the original story,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,since my friend lives way out in the "sticks",,,and only has a motorcycle for transportation,,,,,,,I picked up the PC,,,,,took it to Marshall Howard,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,he found that the "other guy" had set up the computer all wrong,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I don't know the details,,,,,,,but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,for a MORE THAN REASONABLE PRICE,,,,, he immediately fixed the computer,,,it was ready the next day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,AND,,,,,,,,,,,,, when I went to Marshall to pick it up,,,,,,,I mentioned that I was on my way to pick up a "cheap" networking system for my two home computers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,he went down stairs to his work shop,,,,,brought up a TOP OF THE LINE Linksys router system,,,WITH a printer router,,,all the cables,,power cords, etc etc,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,gave me detailed instructions on how to set it up,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and only charged me about 30 bucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE

Marshall came to my home and got my new laptop online in less than 5 minutes. Gave me free virus killer and more. He didnt even charge me since I am a senior citizen.
