I contacted Marshall yesterday after finding him online and after calling around to a few other places. Marshall responded very quickly. He came by same day to pick my laptop up and replaced the cracked screen and brought it back to me the same night. He was very professional and made sure it worked correctly before he left. I cannot recommend Computers Done Right high enough. Very quick service and his prices are absolutely affordable especially considering he picked up, repaired and dropped off to me all in the same night!

I will definitely be referring him to anyone else who is looking for a computer repair guy and should I need repair services in the future, he will be my first phone call!

Marshall was able to fix my computer in less than a day and for under $75! My screen of my Toshiba laptop had been on the fritz for about a year and this past week it just completely died. I found Marshall when I was looking online for someone to look at/fix my older computer. It had been sitting in a garage for 2 years,and surprise!, wasn't working when I tried to hook it up to my HD TV.

He was great, he took the computer, found out what was wrong, righted it, and brought it back within hours. Very honest, didn't try to tell me I needed parts that I didn't need, respectful of my budget, and very open and sharing of his knowledge.

I was at first hesitant to contact Computers Done Right because I was solely doing so based on Internet reviews. I am so happy that I did so! I dropped my very ill computer off and I no sooner got home than he called me with an estimate. He removed the viruses, updated Windows, and loaded free antivirus. In order to get me reconnected with wireless (both laptop and tablet), Marshall made 2 house calls. He is extremely accommodating, personable, efficient, and speedy. I strongly recommend Marshall; you won't be disappointed!

I called Computers Done Right because my son had previously purchased a laptop and now my pc had a virus. He came to my house the same day and took the tower back to his shop and repaired it one day and now it is like new again. I was very impressed with Marshall's knowledge and expertise. He was very pleasant and explained what I needed to know about the new operating sytem he installed on my pc. His fees for the house call and repairng my pc were very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone who is having a computer problem.
