Pressure washing and rust removal services. Our well water had so much iron that it turned our concrete a rich vibrant color of orange. We called 3 pressure washer companies. Two pressure washers gave us an estimate over the phone. Chad of Blackiston was the only person who wanted to see the property before giving us an estimate. Chad's estimate was much higher than the other 2 companies. But what I realized was, the other company's estimates were based on them powerwashing the rust off. We had the kind of rust that could not be removed by powerwashing alone. Chad's solution was a 2-part process. He first came out and powerwashed sidewalks and driveway and front facing areas of the house and fence. He did a great job with the powerwashing, the orange was not as vibrant but still there. He let everything dry and was back the next day to put down the rust removal product. Chad was very thorough. The orange disappeared. However shades of it came back a couple of days later. I called Chad, he immediately came back and reapplied on the areas showing shades of orange. The orange came back in a different area. Chad again came back immediately and reapplied on the new areas showing shades. It's been a few weeks and we are still orange free. We would definitely use Chad of Blackiston Property Services again.

I am pleased with the outcome of the power wash job that was done on my home. The contractor also took the time to explain the steps that he would take to wash my siding.
Again, I was satisfied with the job that he performed. He was mindful of my window screens; he made sure that they were not pressure washed. Which was my experience with a DIFFERENT company in the past.

Knowledge is power! Mr. Blackiston provided professional service in every way possible. He has been providing this service for more than 20 years. His attention to details was key to getting the areas of mold and mildew off of our house, sidewalks, siding, bricks, and even our flower bed rocks. His knowledge of chemicals to use, the specific pressure of different areas, and the time he took to ensure the proper cleaning of our mold issues was clearly seen on the finished product. The results have made our home clean, bright and inviting to create a new fresh look in our neighborhood. I called Mr. Blackiston to schedule an appointment for a quote, he came the next day and spent a lot of time discussing the different options of what I needed to get done, power washing the house (stucco) the shed, tree house and camper. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how and why certain areas had more mold and decay.

He showed up on time the following week and far exceeded my expectations. My kids thought that it was a new tree house and a lot of people commented on how amazing my house looked.
