        Overall

        If anyone has water damage or needs a cleanup/restoration company DO NOT USE Servpro of South Tulsa!!!!! We had our laundry room flood on Monday, December 21st and they came out and dried everything up and then just left it. It's been over a month and the carpet padding is gone, carpet isn't tacked down so it's fraying and stepping on the tacks is painful, baseboards are off and broken, and drywall has been removed and pipes exposed. They won't return phone calls or call us back after saying they will. All I've heard is excuses about being busy and paperwork falling through the cracks. So, if you need someone DO NOT USE THEM!!!

        Overall

        I recently found out that I had water damage in my home. I looked around, got different estimates and Servpro was the best fit for my budget and problem. They came and fixed everything in a timely manner. Everybody from the crew was professional and polite.
