Wow. Not only did they not do a very good job with my dog, but the owner has a serious chip on her shoulder and feels the need to take it out on her customers. My atrocious sin was to not let my dog pee on her furniture and drag him outside. Apparently i let him pee on the neighbor's column which she gets in trouble for. But instead of just telling me that politely and accepting my apology for my mistake, she felt the need to be rude about it and berate me for my mistake and then when i asked for my dog back she called me rude 3 more times. I suggested that if she wants to be in business she not behave that way to customers and she called me rude *again*. Her employee did not seem at all surprised by her behavior and seemed to be expecting me to ask for my dog back. I can only imagine how often she loses customers this way.

Best experience me and my dog have had! Actually, best groomer I have ever been to. They bathe and brush my Saint Bernard better than anyone ever has and he needs baths about every month. Price is great too!
