Route 46 Nissan

Terrible (no) customer service. Used cars on website are all $3000 more than advertised. Avoid at all costs. There are many other very good dealerships in the area.

They sell junk, They rip me off $6,000, sold me a Pathfinder that had Bad Trans, Engine, Muffler

I have owned alot of cars and have really good experiences with all dealerships...until I got a car from Nissan 46. They absolutely ripped me off--sold me a maintenance package for $25 per month and then wouldn't even do an oil change unless I spent another whopping $455! It is not possible to get right thru to service--you must go thru "Maria" who never returns calls.

I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE CAR AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS. You will never hear about recalls from them. LESS THAN A ZERO FOR ME

The sales people were very nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and helped me to make the right decision.

The sales man made it the leasing process an easy, no hassle experience. I did not feel pressured or uneasy about anything.

STAY AWAY! Do NOT step foot into this place. They are liars and scammers! You have to watch out for Rich and the Asian guy( forgot his name). They also like to take advantage if you are a woman. Also, the prices that you see online or on the cars itself are not true. You will end up paying way more and it's not because of the taxes. I even had a sales rep tear off the price that's posted on the window of the car just so I wouldn't see it.

Go to another nissan dealer.

under no circumstances would I ever allow any of my friends, relatives, customers, acquaintances or complete strangers buy a car from this dealership....they use unscrupulous business practices and strong-arm tactics to bully customers into sales and they then tack "add-on" dealerships charges such as maintenance agreements and extended warranties while you are into the finance managers office .. and they hope that using their "quick Talk" methods of closing the deal, you will not notice these "add-ons"...they also say they are bi-lingual friendly...which really means they try and sucker those who do not speak english well into many of they "add-on' charges and they have gotten away with it on more that one occasion i know of!!....do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP....and if any representative from Nissan somehow reads thiis post...DO SOMETHING about this dealership!!..they are giving your company a very bad name....hopefully....we can get them on CBS News' "SHAME, SHAME, SHAME On You" program...
