Dental Associates-Tinley Park

I switched to Dental Associates of Tinley Park because my old dentist retired and was replaced by a terrible dentist. After I finally got a hold of someone at their office, I waited for over 45 minutes. They do not have a permanent secretary and I have no idea what their hours even are! They are sometimes in the office early in the day and sometimes they don't come in the office until later. I have left several messages so I can get in for my 6 month check up and no answer every time I call. That was over two weeks ago that I left my first message for someone to call back so I can make an appointment! I am very unhappy about having to switch dentists again because I only have HMO and there aren't very many options around the area. Very dissatisfied with the service.
