I've been a patient of Amazing Smiles for over 10 years and have never had a complaint. The service is and always has been great. Very knowledgeable staff always taking care with a smile. I know I will be a patient for many more years to come.

My husband, myself and our three kids, who are now 8, 10, and 13 have been going to Dr. Thies for the last 6 years. They have the friendliest dental assistants and they must treat their staff well because each year we see the same happy faces. Everything in the office is the newest technology from the screen above your chair where you can watch your favorite program while getting your teeth cleaned which also doubles as a a computer to see your current X-rays etc. I never have to worry about missing an appointment because I always get a timely reminder call . ( which I totally need!). The wait is never long and the reading material is so up to date I wish it were longer! Lol. Highly recommend Amazing Smiles! They will not disappoint!,

I really enjoyed my cleaning and I was lucky enough to have Becky perform the service. I have been a patientfor the past twenty years and been treated with such warmth and welcoming care by the entire staff from Pam and Nadine in front office, to Jody and Becky in the back.I would recommend Amazing Smiles to one and all

In these days of businesses cutting expenses to remain in business, it is nice to find one that still treats people well. The entire staff is nice, friendly, and really tries to be sure you are happy with the SERVICE you get.

I've been suffering with dentures for several years when I decided to call an implant dentist who was advertising on the radio. After making the appointment, I was talking to a friend who had implants placed by Dr. Thies. Since his office was in the neighborhood I decided to check with him first (the other office was in downtown Chicago). Well, I was so impressed by his office and staff that I chose to have Dr. Thies perform the procedures. What a life changing experience! I can't believe I suffered so long with dentures. And I recommend Dr. Thies and his office very highly.

I had the same exact thing happen to me Barb! Only it was the owner Robert Thies that over charged me! He claimed to have done $4000 dollars in work and I have the exrays to prove he didnt do it. What he did do is create an infection in my mouth, attempted to defraud my insurance company, then took me to court for the balance. Report him to the Il department of profesional regulations. He also proceeded to call my voice mail and leave me death threats. No joke, I have the police reports! He is a proffesional thief! My dental company black listed him, and 800 dentist reviewed and removed him from thier service due to these activities. I went to this office to have my teeth cleaned not get taken to the cleaners. I clearly advised this staff that I wanted only x-rays taken that my insurance covered. This office has employees that do not listen to the patient. This office has given me some nonsense about what needs to be taken just to have your teeth cleaned. Do you think that my 210.00 out of pocket Plus what the insurance paid was outragious.
