Coverstar

Too bad I can't give coverstar northeast 0 stars.

Our cover began to malfunction on May 21st (3 days before memorial day weekend). I called coverstar immediately. Even though we have been customers for 2 years, they were not able to fix our cover in time for the weekend. Then "due to rain" (really? It rained for 2 weeks?!), they were not able to fix our cover until June 13th.



And even though we asked several times, they did not coordinate with our electrician forcing our electrician to make 3 trips and costing us an additional $200. When our electrician asked Coverstar about the extra cost the salesman responded, “these things happen, we a the largest cover company in the North East”. I find this to be a very arrogant attitude.
