Precision Optics

Overcharged - They stated they are a VSP Provider and accept what insurance pays. I paid over the phone. When I received my receipt (which I had to request) they overcharged me on 3 of 6 items to the whopping tune of $197. Additionally, the mid-range on my progressives is fuzzy. Now I have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment to reevaluated. Also the glasses didn't fit right and Tammy said she couldn't really adjust them because of my long lashes. I stopped in at the 466 location and they were at least able to adjust them by flattening out the frame curve so they can sit on the right place of my bridge and not keep sliding down.
