        I have been going here for seeral years, to get servicing for my Rolex, IWC and Omega Moonwatch. He's not cheap, but I think he is truly excellent in repair skills and very informal and personal in customer relations. I recommend him without any exceptions.

        I, as well, am very disappointed with the lack of customer support, available office hours, and timelines this company practices. I have been waiting a week for a repair and haven't hear back. I called, and my watch wasn't even worked on. I will NEVER bring my business to this store again.
