Overall

Great providers, great hours, out within an hour from check in to check out. They are really quick to accommodate an office visit, most of the time a day of visit is offered. I don't know many providers who will schedule you to be seen on the day of. The staff could be a little more friendly, but overall okay. The doctors and mid-level providers are all so sweet and knowledgable. They are informative and thorough in their diagnosis. I see some negative feedback on this office but it sounds like some of these other commenters are just disgruntled patients!

Overall
Rude and racist

I was employed there for a short time and was a witness to some really petty people.

Don't go here. My husband wen...

Don't go here. My husband went there because of anxiety - they took blood work. He went back for the results 7 days later, and all of the blood work was back except results about his stomach. He made an appt for another 2 weeks to see how the anxiety medicine was working - they never called him before his 2 week visit, but when we went in for that appt, they said, oh, by the way, you have a stomach bacteria (H. pylori)...... He asked why they never called him to tell him so he could get medicine sooner, they gave him some story about why they didn't call back Meanwhile, he was throwing up with a lot of pain in his stomach for weeks. On that same visit - they prescribed three medicines, two antibiotics and one like an acid reflux medication, called lansoprazole. When my husband took the lansoprazole... He became EXTREMELY TIRED...couldn't drive and was walking around our church parking lot Tuesday evening like he was on something. Good friends of our got him and took him inside our church until I got there. We went to see the doctor there at GMS on Wednesday, and she was insisting that he couldn't have this reaction (extreme tiredness) from the medication they prescribed. She said that wasn't one of the side effects. I told her I reviewed it on line and that was a side effect that stated, "if patient has this side effect, call the doctor immediately". She said the internet is wrong a lot of times on there information. She also said, maybe your husband had a mini stroke. I was furious because I knew it was the medicine; that is exactly when he started getting this way. She kept saying that wasn't a side effect. She told me to switch his medicine to one he took before if the previous one did not give him the same side effect. Then the doctor said that would be weird if he didn't get the same side effect for both medicines because the one he previously took and the one they prescribed for him were brothers and they should react the same way. I told her I know my husband, and I know when the side effects started - the very next morning after he took the medication the night before. She was rude and didn't want to accept that we might have known what we were talking about. No degree can ever take the place of people knowing their own body. The doctors there should learn how to listen to their patients. Also, they should call there patients back when they leave a message; they don't do that either. I had to call back and ask what the doctor said Wednesday before I took him in for his appointment. We are going to another doctor now.

my family has been with this D...

my family has been with this Doctors clinic for couple of years and every time we go there, we never get to see the Doc, its either a nurse practitioner or Doc assistant and they charge us based on the doctor's rates .What i don't understand is that if i am seen by a nurse, why should i pay such high amount!! this is plain ripoff!!! and if you change insurance company[ even if you have been there awhile] your 1st office visit is a lot more [ that is what the lady out front said] ANY WAY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF US!!! Then if you have any doubts on your blood work report [ it will cost you], you have to make another appointment just for clarification. These doctors are out there to get as much money out of you and the insurance companies, its not about the patients anymore..
