Gilman & Ciocia

My wife and I hired Gilman & Ciocia to do our corporate & personal tax filings for 2015. We provided an Excel spreadsheet of our corporate expenses and our previous 3 years of tax filings.
Alex Ciocia was supposed to do this work. When I asked him via Emails and telephone calls over a FULL WEEK what the status of our filings were - he never responded to my numerous attempts to get the status.
After a week of no responses, I went to their office and Alex refused to come out of his office to talk with me. Other employees managed to get him to talk with me and he DIRECTLY LIED to me saying he had called me 9 times - and did not have our prior tax filings - DIRECT LIE. Another employee found our filings in less than 30 seconds.
I took our filings & contacted our prior tax preparer to get this work done.
I can not more sincerely WARN PEOPLE - NOT TO UTILIZE Gilman & Ciocia for their financial needs since we have never been so poorly and unprofessionally dealt with in our lives.
