Two years and five restaurants later, the concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc., also based in Lexington, Ky. Today, Fazoli's has grown from a handful of restaurants in Lexington, to 380 company owned and franchised Fazoli's Restaurants spanning 32 states.
