I am very disappointed with the office and maintenance staff. They are nice as long as you do not call in work orders. When you do they take forever to come out then still do not fix the problem. After having them out multiple times for the same thing I end up having it fixed myself. When the maintenance does come out he goes through your things and uses your towels without asking even though you are there, makes a mess and doesn't bother to clean it up or even apologize. I choose to rent over buying so I would not have to deal with repairs and hoped by going through a professional management company, renting would be a good experience. However, I am having trouble finding the "professional" in this management company. I am still hopeful that things will improve and if the do I will be thrilled to come back and post a great review.
