I don't usually complain, however this is the worst polish I have ever had. the designs do no match on the toes and the polish is also on my skin, very sloppy. When I arrived at 2:30pm the female manager, told me it would be 20 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes, I ask her how much longer it would be, she got hateful and snippy with me saying 10 more minutes, you don't like you can leave. I said excuse me, what did you say? I had her repeat her hateful tone too me. I waited 20 more minutes and the man there, Leo on his jacket, called me over. Ask me to put my feet on a stool under his fingernail station, the chairs were empty and I ask why not go to chairs, he said you get polish, not pedicure. He began polishing my toes and did a horrible design. I came home and looked at my toes and they are horrible. I called them, he answered the phone and hung up on me, I called back and the female manager answered, I told her the toes didn't match and polish was on skin and I prefered to have my money back, she said too bad, we don't give money back, you have to come back up hereI have very limited time and that they are not professional there or customer friendly. I would prefer to go to another location. She said too bad, and slammed down the phone in my ear. My intentions were to get a pedicure and got ripped out of that, ripped off from my time and money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Very hateful workers in there, also after talking to my neighbor, she got a foot fungus from unsanitary foot bath or tools. That place is not recommended, go to the one by Weakley Dr, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or soda and better atmosphere.
