General Info: Piano Play Music Systems, Inc. has been a company based in Sherman Oaks, California since 1986. It’s owners (Sharon Shaheed, BM, MM and Phoebe Simpson L) both hold degrees in music created and is 100% owner of all rights, proprietary, copyright-protected, “theory based” methodology for teaching group piano classes, with a curriculum that provides music education instruction in keyboard playing, music-note reading, written music theory, ear training, expressive singing and classroom movement for children of all ages. Each class level is designed to meet age-specific criteria to create a “Layered Learning Environment®”. Our teachers are members of MTAC program. Private Piano and Guitar lessons are also available on request. Presently, there (3)PPMS “Full Curriculum Centers” located in Sherman Oaks, CA, Pasadena, CA and Woodland Hills, CA. Piano Play Music Systems offers licencing and training to interested degreed piano teachers as well.
